Having lived on the earth in purity, like an angel,/ thou wast thus counted worthy to converse with the angels,/ and didst bring thy parents to the knowlÂedge of Christ;/ and having confessed the one God in Trinity, thou didst suffer unto the shedding of thy blood./ O martyr Conon, entreat Him unceasingly in behalf of us all.
